Last week marked a significant milestone for us as we celebrated our 7-year anniversary. Throughout the night, we engaged in heartfelt conversations, reaffirming and strengthening our union. We took the time to reflect on the past six months as well as the journey we’ve shared over the past few years. It was an opportunity for us to recalibrate, make necessary adjustments, and refine our approach to life and our relationship.

We couldn’t help but feel immensely grateful for the progress we have made and how much we have grown together. We acknowledged the changes we’ve undergone and marvelled at the ways in which we have evolved as individuals and as a couple.

Interestingly, the previous night had witnessed a minor disagreement between us, but we recognised it as an opportunity to establish new patterns and dynamics within our lives and relationship. We devoted ourselves to introspection and acknowledged both the areas in which we have made improvements and the aspects that require further work.

For us, our marriage stands as a significant marker of success. We consistently invest effort into its growth, engaging in deep and sometimes fiery discussions as two passionate (and stubborn) dragons. We firmly believe in the importance of perseverance and never giving up.

Yesterday, we had a poignant encounter with a senior lady who shared her story. Her husband had passed away, leaving behind a once-thriving house that now lay abandoned. She confessed that revisiting the house would be too painful, as it would resurface memories that she found difficult to bear. She conveyed a powerful sentiment, stating, “As long as he was around, everything was fine. Now he’s gone…”

This encounter served as a reminder of the value of having one another and our family by our side, regardless of external circumstances. It reinforced the notion that our presence is what truly matters, and as long as we have each other and our family in our lives, everything is… simply perfect.

Together, we are working to build the New Golden Era, through Architecture, Interiors, Aviation, and much more…
