Hey friend. My letter to you is quite extensive, and I don’t expect you to digest everything at once — not at all. Much of this has taken me years to learn, so I’m hoping these will be seeds that will give you insights for years to come.

I avoid wasting energy with superficiality and love to dive deep. That is part of who I am, why I conserve my energy like gold, and why I only selectively share it.

Unfortunately, anxiety and anger are very common in today’s society, and I used to have a lot of these negative emotions stored up in me as well.

I spent over a decade of my life with deep depression, anger, shame, fear, anxiety, no self-esteem, lost, confused, disassociated from myself and the world, you name it. Point is, I know how dark life can be. I know how dark we can be to ourselves.

During the last 5 years, I’ve been on a healing journey where I’ve completely turned my life around in ways I could never even dream of, as I didn’t have any capacity to understand the expansion that living in alignment with our souls and God bring.

We all know too many people living in disassociation and letting darkness rule them. There is Light at the end of the tunnel, but not everyone wants to do the work to find it.

Take this as your initiation to dive deep and

discover your soul’s true purpose.

It is absolutely not an easy journey. In fact, it’s the most challenging endeavour one can ever take — but it is also the most exciting and rewarding. The expansion is truly divine and you will feel it in your mind, heart, body and soul, which will all in turn materialise in your life as God’s plan for you.

Society says you should spend most of your time working at a job that makes you too exhausted for anything else. Magic happens when you innerstand that the real work is working on your connection to yourself, learning who you are and what your soul mission is.

Knowing yourself means knowing God — that is

the key to remembering who you are.

Understand that evil and darkness are here to play a part in your life as mirrors of how you perceive yourself. How people treat you and the situations that happen to you are filled with lessons. You can either learn to stop and assess what these lessons are or continue playing the victim while more of these situations continue happening, sometimes worse due to you not being able to learn the previous times.

Learn to set boundaries and know your worth.

Unworthy people will keep showing up in your life until you start valuing yourself.

So also remember to be grateful for it all, including the darkest moments. Let all of the emotions come up, however dark they may be, let yourself feel them with your heart. Send them love and turn the darkness into Light. That is part of the shadow work our society desperately needs to do.

Your greatest strength will surge from facing your shadows.

As you know me, I can’t write all of this without mentioning a deeply important factor: removing toxicity.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to have the will and discipline to remove alcohol, toxic people, foods, drinks, and chemicals from our lives. Again, I understand how difficult it is, I’ve been there heavily addicted to all these and more, but these are not only extremely unhealthy — these are the things that are blocking our connection to ourselves and God. These are the things that keep us in the lowest states of consciousnesses. Notice for example how anxious, angry, or whatever negative emotion comes up after consuming these. Learn to cultivate your awareness: whenever you’re feeling these emotions, what have you been consuming? Be mindful of lowering consumption of these especially prior to and during your cycles as emotions are heightened.

Lastly, learn to value your energy. Take time to be with yourself without music, tv, and frequencies outside of yourself. Be selective in how and with whom you spend your energy. Cultivate time with yourself to learn about yourself, attune skills, and create.

Don’t be afraid of solitude.

It is the most precious time for

introspection, curiosity & self-discovery.

There’s so much more to say, but all of this is already more than enough to digest over years as this is a journey of a lifetime. Take this at your own pace if you feel called to. Be gentle with yourself. This is not a linear journey and it’s completely okay and normal to have setbacks. Don’t let them demotivate you, keep going. God will send all the help you need when you start helping yourself first.

Remember: this is your life, your soul’s journey. Focus on your heart always. When fear and darkness come up, take deep breaths and feel your heartbeat. You know what to do.

God is with you always.

It is up to you to be with God — with yourself.

Love, D.
