Our Artistic Approach to Aircraft Design

Ever since we founded the studio, we’ve been carving a creative sanctuary where we break away from the current paradigm, forming a new renaissance towards the New Golden Era. This design is a testament of Lie Alonso’s imaginative world incorporated into one of the most coveted, fastest business jet in the world, the Gulfstream G650ER.

This was designed for those who resonate with our brand and vision, infused in Exoticism & the Ancient Future, celebrating multiethnic ancestral roots that lead us towards an age of exuberance and prosperity.

Interior Floor Plan Configuration

COMFORT • LOUNGE • SOCIAL • RETREAT

This is a four cabin zone floor plan with the lavatory and galley at the entrance, double club seats in the forward cabin, divan and credenza in the mid cabin, following by conference/dining area, and a private aft cabin with divan & single seat, and an aft lav.

We wanted to maximise comfort and lounge opportunities with social areas for both business meetings and family gatherings. The private aft area serves as a retreat should one need quiet time to rest or take a call for instance, or should a parent want to keep their children playing on the divan while they read next to them. This configuration allows flexibility, and the divans can become beds which is always handy for longer flights.

ENCHANT YOUR SURROUNDINGS

Delight your senses with special details such as the carpet, sidewalls, and custom lighting – all of which have a similar recurring motif in their designs, matching the exterior livery. Created from free hand drawings by the Lie Alonso twins, the main motif are laurels which have become part of Lie Alonso’s signature. Representing nature, which is ever flowing in beauty and abundance, the laurels symbolise virtue and prosperity.

The carpet is certainly the centrepiece of the interior, developed in a beautiful wool and silk blend with a burgundy purple hue, which is reminiscent to the primavera flower which we find in abundance in Brazil. (Primavera in Portuguese means spring season. The flower is known internationally as Bougainvillea, from when French Louis Antoine Bougainville discovered it in 1790 on a trip to Brazil.)

The sidewalls are infused with silk embroidery, bringing an original element of haute couture to aircraft interiors. There will be no boredom on this flight – only enchantment.

COHESIVE & UNEXPECTED COMPOSITIONS

While the bulkheads are made of ribbed wood veneer, the doors are a grey chevron pattern which adds contemporaneity to the interior, developed with a special pearlised finish which infuses mystique to the design. This material is also applied on the credenza sides, the valance PSU trims, and galley & lavatory top drawers.

Caramel leather seats bring a classic look, enhanced with a dark forest green leather on the back and arms shrouds. We accentuated the headrest, top edge of the back and arms with a burgundy purple trim, which transforms the Gulfstream seats into a one-of-a-kind design. We added a quilt pattern to the backrest, which have diagonal lines that speak to the chevron pattern in the wood veneer, again adding a touch of contemporaneity – with an edge. To finish off, we added silk embroidery to the headrest of our logo, a symbol of universal recognition.
